Over the last 12 years, I've built onboarding programs, certification pathways, assessment frameworks, performance support tools, and AI-enabled learning solutions for healthcare, higher education, government, and nonprofit organizations.

How I Work
Every project starts with a business problem, not a content request.
I work with leaders, subject matter experts, and frontline teams to identify where performance breaks down, what knowledge matters most, and how learning can support measurable outcomes. Sometimes the solution is training. Often it's better documentation, stronger onboarding, performance support, AI-enabled knowledge access, or a combination of all four.
I believe learning should be embedded in the work, not separated from it.
